Job summary

PACS is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care per each resident's care plan. Responsibilities include identifying residents, recording observations, and reporting changes to the Nurse Supervisor.

Qualifications

• Must possess, as a minimum, a 10th grade education.
• Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) per state laws.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care and services per resident care plan.
• Identify residents before treatments and meals using wristband/photo card.
• Report changes in residents' condition to Nurse Supervisor promptly.
• Document accurately in flow sheets, notes and charts.
• Maintain residents' comfort and safety; assist with daily activities and transports.
