Job summary

PACS is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care in accordance with care plans. You will identify residents, document care, and maintain a respectful, compassionate environment.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, keeping records up to date, and reporting changes in residents’ condition. CPR certification is preferred, and 10th grade education is acceptable per state requirements.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with state laws.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Minimum 10th grade education.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business procedures.
• Ability to write reports and communicate with management.

Responsibilities

• Identify residents before treatments or meals using wristband/photo card.
• Record entries accurately on flow sheets and notes.
• Maintain resident confidentiality and report suspected violations.
• Assist with daily living activities and personal care.
• Respond promptly to resident calls and check on needs regularly.
• Follow facility policies and safety procedures.
