Job summary

PACS Group is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care and support per the resident care plan. Responsibilities include verifying resident identity, documenting care, and promptly reporting changes to the Nurse Supervisor.

The role requires adherence to policies, confidentiality, and compassionate patient interaction. Applicants should hold a CNA license and at least a 10th grade education, with CPR certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Must possess at least a 10th grade education.
• Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
• CPR certification preferred.
• Ability to follow policies and procedures and maintain professional conduct.

Responsibilities

• Identify residents before care using wristbands or photo IDs.
• Record entries accurately on flow sheets, notes and charts.
• Report changes in resident condition to Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse promptly.
• Assist residents with daily activities and personal care.
• Transport residents between rooms and to the receiving area as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information and report any disclosures.
• Ensure resident rooms are prepared for admission or transfer.
