Job summary

PACS is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care and support to residents in a post-acute setting. You will follow care plans, assist with daily activities, and collaborate with nursing staff to ensure resident well-being.

Qualifications include a minimum 10th grade education and an active CNA license; CPR is preferred. This role emphasizes compassionate care, accurate documentation, and adherence to facility policies.

Qualifications

• Must possess, as a minimum, a 10th grade education.
• Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with state laws.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business materials.

Responsibilities

• Identify residents before administering treatments or meals.
• Record entries accurately and descriptively.
• Report changes in resident condition to Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse.
• Assist residents with daily living activities and mobility.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information and report breaches.
