Job summary

PACS is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine nursing care per resident care plans. You will document care, assist with daily activities, and maintain a safe, respectful environment across shifts.

The role requires a valid CNA license, minimum 10th grade education, and the ability to read and respond to supervision and resident needs. CPR is preferred; equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Must possess a minimum of 10th grade education.
• Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with state laws. CPR preferred.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret general procedures and regulations.
• Ability to write reports and respond to questions from managers and staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care per care plan and supervisor direction.
• Record entries accurately on flow sheets and charts.
• Identify residents and administer treatments using authorized methods.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information and report violations.
• Assist with daily living activities and social interactions to ensure comfort.
