You will assist with daily activities, maintain cleanliness, and ensure a safe, supportive environment for patients. The position emphasizes adherence to policies, patient confidentiality, and collaboration with nursing staff to deliver quality care.

Qualifications

• Must possess a minimum of 10th grade education.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business materials.
• Ability to write reports and procedure manuals.
• Ability to present information clearly to managers and staff.
• Ability to apply fractions, percentages, and ratios in daily tasks.
• Ability to solve practical problems with guided instructions.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care per assessment and care plan.
• Identify residents using wristbands or photo IDs before care.
• Report changes in resident condition to supervisor promptly.
• Record entries clearly on flow sheets and charts.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information and report breaches.
• Assist with daily living activities and personal care tasks.
• Prepare residents for meals, tests, and examinations as directed.
• Ensure rooms are ready and residents are comfortable.
