Job summary

PACS is seeking a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care for residents under supervision. You will identify residents, assist with daily activities, and help maintain a clean, safe environment.

This role requires following care plans, documenting changes, and communicating with nurses. A 10th grade education and CNA license are required; CPR preferred; full-time, on-site position.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business materials.

Responsibilities

• Maintain confidentiality of resident information and report disclosures.
• Assist residents with daily activities and room preparation.
• Observe and report signs of pressure areas or skin breakdown.
