Job summary

PACS is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care and support to residents in a post-acute setting. You will help with daily activities, monitor residents, and maintain a warm, safe environment while following the care plan and reporting to nursing staff.

The position requires a state-licensed CNA, ability to read and document accurately, and adherence to privacy regulations. CPR preferred and team collaboration is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed CNA.
• Minimum 10th grade education.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business material.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care per care plans.
• Identify residents before treatments and when assisting with meals.
• Report changes in residents’ condition to Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse.
• Record entries accurately and maintain confidentiality of health information.
• Assist with daily activities and personal care of residents.
• Follow policies and procedures and cooperate with staff to meet resident needs.
