Job summary

PACS is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care to residents in a post-acute setting. You will follow the resident care plan and assist with daily activities, measurements, and basic treatments.

You must be able to read and communicate effectively, document care accurately, and report changes to the Nurse Supervisor. A 10th grade education and a valid CNA license are required; CPR is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must possess at least a 10th grade education.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business materials.
• Ability to write notes and reports accurately and clearly.
• CPR certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care per the resident’s care plan.
• Identify residents before procedures and assist with daily activities.
• Report changes in residents’ condition to the Nurse Supervisor promptly.
• Maintain resident confidentiality and safety at all times.
