The role emphasizes compassionate care, accurate documentation, and compliance with safety and privacy policies. CPR is preferred, and you will work with a dedicated nursing team in a facility environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write and understand general instructions.
• Ability to follow care plans and report changes to supervisors.
• CPR certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care and services to residents.
• Assist residents with daily activities and personal care.
• Observe and report changes in residents’ condition to the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse.
