Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care per resident care plan.
• Identify residents and verify identity before treatments or meals.

• Record entries clearly in flow sheets and charts.
• Maintain confidentiality of protected health information.
• Assist residents with daily activities and mobility.
• Prepare residents for exams and transport as needed.
• Ensure clean, safe, and comfortable resident environments.
