Job summary

PACS is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care to residents in our post-acute care facilities. You will support residents with daily activities, monitor conditions, and document care to ensure accuracy and continuity of service.

Work involves collaborating with nursing staff, maintaining dignity and privacy, and adhering to safety and infection control protocols in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant as required by state law.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Minimum 10th grade education.

Responsibilities

• Identify residents before procedures using wristband or photo card and document accordingly.
• Record entries on flow sheets, notes, charts in a clear, descriptive manner.
• Report changes in resident condition to the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse promptly.
