Job summary

PACS is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care per care plans and supervisor directives. You will identify residents, document changes, and assist with daily activities.

Responsibilities include accurate charting, maintaining confidentiality, and helping with transfers and comfort. A valid CNA license and CPR is preferred; strength in observation and communication is essential for resident well-being.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
• CPR certification preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and follow policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Identify residents before administering treatments or meals.
• Report changes in residents’ condition to Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse.
• Record entries on flow sheets and charts clearly and accurately.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information and report any disclosures.
• Assist residents with daily activities and mobility as trained.
• Ensure rooms are prepared for new residents and assist with transfers.
