PACS is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care and support to residents in our post-acute setting. Work under supervision, assist with daily living activities, and maintain a clean, safe environment.

Requires current CNA license in state, ability to read/record, CPR preferred; training provided. This on-site role emphasizes compassionate care, teamwork, and adherence to resident care plans.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with state laws.
• CPR Certification preferred by the facility.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care and services.
• Identify residents and verify identity before procedures.
• Record entries clearly in charts and flow sheets.
• Report changes in resident conditions to supervisors.
• Assist residents with daily activities and hygiene.
• Ensure rooms and equipment are clean and ready for residents.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information.
