Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year of experience as a resident assistant in a senior living or healthcare setting preferred.
• CPR or BLS certification preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, EHR systems, and HR-related software.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care including grooming, hygiene, and nutrition.
• Respond to signal lights and inquiries promptly.
• Record vitals and monitor health status.
• Support residents' mobility and dining assistance.
• Encourage participation in activities and communicate with care team.
