Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year of resident assistant experience in senior living or healthcare preferred.
• CPR or BLS certification preferred.
• Proficiency with digital tools including Microsoft Office and EHR systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care such as grooming, hygiene, and dressing.
• Respond to signals using call bells and intercom to assess resident needs.
• Record vital signs as directed and monitor fluid intake/output.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Help with dining, meals, and transportation within the community.
• Support residents in activities and social engagement.
• Communicate health status and concerns to the care team.
• Follow advance directives and respect residents' wishes.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in living areas.
• Collaborate with staff and management to resolve resident issues.
