Job summary

Carefree Living in Silver Bay, MN seeks a dedicated Resident Assistant/Caregiver to join our Assisted Living community. You will assist adults with daily living activities, deliver compassionate care, and help maintain a safe, respectful environment.

We offer flexible schedules including full and part-time shifts, with a $1.50 differential for evening shifts and an extra $1.00 on weekends, plus benefits and ongoing professional development in a supportive team setting.

Qualifications

• Previous caregiving experience preferred, but not required.
• CNA certification is NOT required.
• Must have a passion for providing excellent care and customer service.
• Excellent observation, verbal and written communication skills, and problem-solving skills.
• Position requires computer use; knowledge of Internet and Microsoft Office is required.
• Selected candidate must meet physical requirements and pass DHS/criminal background checks.

Our Silver Bay Carefree Living facility of Minnesota is looking for Resident Assistant/Caregiversto join our growing and established Assisted Living community. Schedule: **full and part time all shifts available

Additional $1.50 shift differential for 6pm–6am shifts plus an extra $1.00 on the weekends
