Carefree Living, Minnesota, seeks Full and Part-time Resident Assistants for its assisted living facility in Buhl. Join a caring team with flexible PM and overnight shifts and pay differentials to reflect shift type.

Responsibilities include daily living support, medication assistance under RN guidance, and promoting a safe, respectful environment. CNA not required; background checks and basic tests apply.

Qualifikationen

• Previous caregiving experience preferred, but not required.
• CNA Certification Is NOT REQUIRED
• Must have a passion for providing excellent care and customer service
• Excellent observation, verbal and written communication skills, and problem-solving skills
• Pass basic written competency and skills test
• Position requires computer use; knowledge of Internet and Microsoft Office is required
• Selected candidate must be able to meet the physical requirements of the position and will be subject to a DHS and criminal background study

Our Buhl Carefree Living facility of Minnesota is looking for Full and Part-time Resident Assistants to join our growing and established Assisted Living community. Schedule:

Full time PM and part time Overnight shifts available - set block schedules.

Additional shift differential of $1.00 for PM shifts and $1.50 for Overnight shifts.
