Carefree Living in Aurora, Minnesota, is seeking Resident Assistants/Caregivers to join our assisted living community. We offer rewarding work centered on residents, a supportive team, and opportunities for professional development with a dependable health care company.

Qualifications

• Must be able to meet the physical requirements and pass background checks.

Our Aurora Carefree Living facility of Minnesota is looking for Resident Assistant's/Caregiver's to join our growing and established Assisted Living community. Schedule: Full and part time all shifts available

**Shift differential $1.00 for PM **$1.50 for Overnight**

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Relationship building and ensuring the ultimate level of care and customer service is provided.
• Assist adults with activities of daily living.
• Provide a safe, healthy and productive daily living environment.
• Increase quality of life by being respectful, professional, and understanding of the client's needs.
• Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous caregiving experience preferred, but not required.
• CNA certification is NOT REQUIRED
• Must have a passion for providing excellent care and customer service.
• Excellent observation, verbal and written communication skills, and problem-solving skills
• Position requires computer use; knowledge of Internet and Microsoft Office is required.
• Selected candidate must be able to meet the physical requirements of the position and will be subject to a DHS and criminal background study.
