Job summary

Carefree Living in Minnesota's Babbitt facility seeks Resident Assistants/Caregivers to join our assisted living community. Full-time AM shift available.

We offer resident-centered care, a team environment, and professional development with a dependable health care company. Responsibilities include assisting adults with daily living activities, supporting medication administration under RN supervision, and delivering safe, compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Experience in caregiving preferred but not required.
• CNA certification not required.
• Must have a passion for providing excellent care and customer service.
• Excellent observation, verbal and written communication skills, and problem-solving skills.
• Position requires computer use; knowledge of Internet and Microsoft Office is required.
• Selected candidate must be able to meet the physical requirements and will be subject to a DHS and criminal background study.
