Job summary

Carefree Living is hiring for a Resident Assistant/Caregiver at our Minnesota facility. This full-time AM shift role focuses on resident-centered care within a supportive team environment and offers professional development with a dependable healthcare partner.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, medication reminders under RN guidance, and maintaining a safe, respectful living space. Prior caregiving is preferred; CNA is not required.

Qualifications

• Experience in caregiving preferred, but not required.
• CNA certification NOT required.
• Strong customer service orientation and professionalism.
• Excellent observation, verbal and written communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to use computer, Internet, and Microsoft Office.

Our Babbitt Carefree Living facility of Minnesota is looking for Resident Assistant's/Caregiver's to join our growing and established Assisted Living community. Schedule: **Full Time AM Shift Available

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Relationship building and ensuring the ultimate level of care and customer service is provided.
• Assist adults with activities of daily living, pass medications (training provided by an RN)
• Provide a safe, healthy and productive daily living environment.
• Assist the resident with administration of medications as directed by the RN
• Increase quality of life by being respectful, professional, and understanding of the client's needs.
• Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous caregiving experience preferred, but not required.
• CNA certification is NOT REQUIRED
• Must have a passion for providing excellent care and customer service.
• Excellent observation, verbal and written communication skills, and problem-solving skills
• Position requires computer use; knowledge of Internet and Microsoft Office is required.
• Selected candidate must be able to meet the physical requirements of the position and will be subject to a DHS and criminal background study.
