Job summary

Carefree Living in Babbitt, Minnesota, is seeking Resident Assistants/Caregivers to join our assisted living team. We offer rewarding work, resident-centered care, a team environment, and opportunities for professional development with a dependable health care company.

Part-time AM shifts with differential pay: $1 for PM and $1.50 for overnights. Responsibilities include daily living activities, medication assistance under RN, and maintaining a safe, respectful environment.

Qualifications

• Previous caregiving experience preferred, but not required.
• CNA certification is NOT REQUIRED
• Must have a passion for providing excellent care and customer service.
• Excellent observation, verbal and written communication skills, and problem-solving skills
• Position requires computer use; knowledge of Internet and Microsoft Office is required.
• Selected candidate must be able to meet the physical requirements of the position and will be subject to a DHS and criminal background study.
