Job summary

Carefree Living in Silver Bay, MN is seeking Resident Assistants/Caregivers to join our assisted living team. You will provide compassionate, resident-centered care and support daily activities under RN guidance, creating a safe and respectful living environment.

We offer flexible full- and part-time schedules including AM, PM, and overnight shifts, with new starting wages and shift differentials. Benefits include health insurance options, paid training, and professional development

Qualifications

• Experience in caregiving preferred, but not required.
• CNA certification is NOT required.
• Must have a passion for providing excellent care and customer service.
• Able to pass basic skills test and background checks.
• Position requires computer use; knowledge of Internet and Microsoft Office is required.

• Assist adults with activities of daily living and medication administration (training provided by RN)

Our Silver Bay Carefree Living facility of Minnesota is looking for Resident Assistants/Caregivers to join our growing and established Assisted Living community. Schedule: Full and Part-time AM/PM and overnight available

New increased starting wages

Additional shift differential $1.00/hr for PM $1.50/hr for Overnight

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Relationship building and ensuring the ultimate level of care and customer service is provided

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous caregiving experience preferred, but not required
• CNA certification is NOT REQUIRED
• Must have a passion for providing excellent care and customer service
• Excellent observation, verbal and written communication skills, and problem-solving skills
• Pass basic written competency and skills test
• Position requires computer use; knowledge of Internet and Microsoft Office is required
• Selected candidate must be able to meet the physical requirements of the position and will be subject to a DHS and criminal background study
