Job summary

Carefree Living in Minnesota is seeking Part-time Resident Assistants to support an Assisted Living community. The role emphasizes compassionate care, teamwork, and resident-centered service, with training provided for medication assistance and daily activities.

Qualifications

• Caregiving experience preferred but not required.
• CNA certification is NOT required.
• Must have a passion for providing excellent care and customer service.
• Excellent observation, verbal and written communication skills, and problem-solving skills.
• Pass basic written competency and skills test.
• Position requires computer use; knowledge of Internet and Microsoft Office is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist adults with activities of daily living, pass medications (training provided by RN).
• Provide a safe, healthy and productive daily living environment.

Our Buhl Carefree Living facility of Minnesota is looking for Part-time Resident Assistants to join our growing and established Assisted Living community. Schedule: Part time PM shifts available - set block schedules

Additional shift differential of $1.00 for PM shifts and $1.50 for Overnights

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Relationship building and ensuring the ultimate level of care and customer service is provided
• Assist adults with activities of daily living, pass medications (training provided by RN)

• Other duties as assigned
