Job summary

Carefree Living in Minnesota seeks Resident Assistants/Caregivers to join our Assisted Living community. This role supports adults with daily living activities, provides compassionate care, and contributes to a safe, respectful environment.

CNA certification is not required, and DHS/criminal background checks are part of the process. We offer full- and part-time positions across multiple local facilities with PM and Overnight shift differentials.

Qualifications

• Excellent observation, verbal and written communication skills.
• Must have a passion for providing excellent care and customer service.
• Position requires computer use; knowledge of Internet and Microsoft Office is required.
• Background check including DHS and criminal history is required.

Our VirginiaCarefree Living facility of Minnesota is looking for Resident Assistant's/Caregiver's to join our growing and established Assisted Living community. Schedule: Full and part time all shifts available

Shift differential $1.00 for PM $1.50 for Overnight

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Relationship building and ensuring the ultimate level of care and customer service is provided.
• Assist adults with activities of daily living.
• Provide a safe, healthy and productive daily living environment.
• Increase quality of life by being respectful, professional, and understanding of the client's needs.
• Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous caregiving experience preferred, but not required.
• CNA certification is NOT REQUIRED
• Must have a passion for providing excellent care and customer service.
• Excellent observation, verbal and written communication skills, and problem-solving skills
• Position requires computer use; knowledge of Internet and Microsoft Office is required.
• Selected candidate must be able to meet the physical requirements of the position and will be subject to a DHS and criminal background study.
