Essex Property Trust is seeking a detail-oriented Resident Services Coordinator in Los Angeles to manage move-in communications, ledger balances, past move-out balances, and eviction status, while maintaining top-tier resident service and collaborating with vendors and internal teams.

Responsabilidades

• Communicate with residents regarding move-in communications, ledger balances, past move-out balances, and eviction status.
• Resolve customer escalations in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain the highest level of customer service for residents, vendors, teammates, and corporate departments through strong collaboration and communication.
• Support legal proceedings for unpaid rent, including eviction processes.
• Assist with ad hoc requests and reports as needed.
