Essex is seeking a Residential Services Associate to manage move-ins, balances, and eviction status in a fast-paced Los Angeles office. You will communicate with residents, vendors, and internal teams to resolve issues and maintain excellent service levels.

The role requires a high school diploma (college degree preferred) and at least one year in customer service. A valid driver's license is required and the position is onsite at our Los Angeles location.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• College degree preferred.
• One year's experience in a customer service environment preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsabilidades

• Actively communicates with residents regarding move-in process, ledger balances, past move-out balances, and eviction status.
• Resolves customer escalations in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain the highest level of customer service for residents, vendors, teammates, and corporate departments through strong collaboration and communication.
• Be a team player and ensure compliance with money management and accounts receivable policies and procedures.
• Responsible for the collection process, including delinquency notices and resident communications.
