Essex Property Trust in Irvine, CA is seeking an Account Resolution Specialist to reduce resident delinquency and help residents achieve sustainable outcomes while aligning with company policies. You will support the legal lifecycle for unpaid rent, manage evictions and delinquencies, and communicate with residents and counsel.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and 1–2 years in customer service, accounting, and eviction proceedings.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support the legal lifecycle for unpaid rent and eviction processes.
• Manage all assigned evictions and delinquency.
• Communicate with residents, internal and external counsel.
• Analyze resident ledgers for accuracy and legal review.
• Understand and remain attuned to local, state, and national legal requirements.
• Provide negotiation guidance during eviction proceedings.
• Maintain up-to-date data for reporting purposes.
• Assist with ad hoc requests and reports as needed.
