Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years in customer service, accounting or eviction proceedings preferred.
• Ability to analyze ledgers and support legal processes.

Responsibilities

• Support legal lifecycle for unpaid rent and lease violations, including evictions.
• Manage assigned evictions and delinquency cases.
• Initiate timely communication with residents, counsel and internal teams.
• Analyze resident ledgers, correct as needed, and prepare for hearings.
• Stay updated on local, state and national legal requirements.
• Provide strategic guidance during eviction proceedings and report trends.
