Job summary

Montefiore Medical Center in Bronx, NY seeks a Residency and Psychology Training Program Administrator to oversee psychiatry and psychology training programs under senior Directors and the Unified Administrator. This role provides essential administrative support and coordination across residency, internship, and fellowship activities.

The individual will handle applications, onboarding, reporting, and HR file maintenance, while ensuring compliance with accrediting bodies and supporting program

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree required; Bachelor’s preferred.
• Minimum three years of professional experience; trainee program management experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate accreditation with agencies (ACGME, ABPN, GME, APA, APPIC).
• Provide project management support for operational, financial and growth initiatives.
• Support Directors with administrative tasks: photocopying, mailing, supply management, and filing.
• Prepare memos, reports, and correspondence; maintain electronic and hard-copy filing systems.
• Handle information requests and distribute information via email, mail, phone or text; prepare routine responses.
• Assist with program events (interviews, graduation, onboarding, orientation) and coordinate meals and supplies.
• Maintain electronic databases; create/process forms, invoices and reimbursements.
