Job summary

NYU Langone Health is seeking a Residency/Fellowship Program Associate to provide administrative support for departmental residency programs and leadership. The role includes triaging communications, maintaining records, and assisting in meetings and travel reimbursements.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Triages all communications (phone, mail, email, fax) and initiates action for residency program leadership.
• Maintains residency documentation/records and files appropriately.
• Attends residency program meetings to stay informed of institutional requirements.
• Prepares and tracks travel reimbursements for residency program.
• Assists in preparation of letters of recommendation and verification of employment/training for residents.
• Distributes correspondence, agendas, reports and schedules.
