NYU Langone Health seeks a Residency/Fellowship Program Associate to provide administrative support for departmental residency activities and leadership under supervision. The role involves triaging inquiries, data entry, timekeeping, travel reimbursements, and maintaining residency records and documentation.
Preferred candidates hold a Bachelor's degree and can communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Residency/Fellowship Program Associate.
In this role, the successful candidate under the direct supervision, provides administrative support for activities related to departmental residency programs and departmental residency program leadership.
Minimum Qualifications:
To qualify you must have an Associate's Degree is required. Minimum of 1 Year of related experience in an office setting or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree.
Qualified candidates must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.

NYU Langone Health provides a salary range to comply with the New York state Law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. The salary range for the role is $66,300.00 - $80,000.00 Annually. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, specialty, education, and hospital need. The salary range or contractual rate listed does not include bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation or benefits.
