Job summary

NYU Langone Health is seeking a Residency/Fellowship Program Coordinator for the Internal Medicine Residency Program in New York, NY. This role leads educational and administrative operations, ensuring accreditation timelines and program objectives are met.

The Coordinator serves as a primary knowledge resource for program leadership, manages recruitment, onboarding, and scheduling, and collaborates with GME offices and affiliated sites to support resident education and operations.

Qualifications

• BA Degree plus 2-3 years of responsible office administration experience, preferably in medical education or healthcare setting.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, computer and organizational skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning and day-to-day operations of the Internal Medicine Residency Program.
• Serve as knowledge resource for Program Director, APDs, chief residents and staff.
• Assess program needs, analyze data, and develop process improvements.
• Develop and maintain procedures, workflows, and tracking tools.
• Lead resident recruitment and selection, including ERAS processes and interviews.
• Manage onboarding, credentialing, and rotations coordination.
