Job summary

The Sebastian Vail is seeking a proactive Residence Club Assistant Manager to help set goals, policies and procedures for the Residence Club. You’ll engage with Owners, manage pre-arrival communication, and coordinate with Housekeeping to ensure clean, organized spaces and a welcoming atmosphere.

You will support the Manager in implementing rental releases, handling reservations, and maintaining inventory and club access rules, while resolving Owner inquiries with a courteous, solution‑oriented

Qualifications

• Proactive and organized individual to support Residence Club operations.
• Strong communication with Owners and hotel staff.
• Ability to manage pre-arrival communications and coordinate with Housekeeping.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement goals, objectives, policies, procedures for the Residence Club.
• Identify Owner needs and communicate policies, services and amenities.
• Send pre-arrival letters and maintain arrival spreadsheets.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping for guest arrivals, VIPs and group activity.
• Keep Owners’ Lounge and Residence Club grounds neat and stocked.
• Maintain inventory of Owner Storage on property.
• Assist in rental release procedures and unit releases into the program.
• Assist in Residence and room details and Club Access rules for reservations.
• Notify engineering of maintenance needs.
• Resolve Owner complaints with courtesy and professionalism.
• Contribute to efficient service and provide guidance on Residence Club topics.
• Demonstrate professional and courteous behavior with Owners and guests.
