The Sebastian Vail is seeking a friendly Hotel Front Desk Agent to join our guest services team on a full-time, year-round basis. You will ensure a memorable experience from check-in to check-out and work within a dynamic, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications include a high school diploma, customer service experience, strong communication, and familiarity with hotel management software. Flexibility for evenings and weekends is required, along with excellent organizational skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality education a plus.
• Experience in customer service, preferably hotel or hospitality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with hotel management software and basic computer apps.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Detail-oriented and organized.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and manage check-in/check-out.
• Handle reservations, inquiries, and cancellations.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance.
• Maintain guest accounts and hotel payments records.
• Provide information on amenities and local attractions.
• Ensure front desk area is clean and stocked.
• Follow security protocols.
