Job summary

The Sebastian Vail is seeking a hospitable Guest Services professional to greet guests during arrivals and departures, assist with luggage and valet coordination, and provide a polished presence throughout the guest journey.

You'll work in a fast-paced luxury setting, coordinating with front desk and other teams to ensure seamless service, and helping guests have a warm, memorable stay. Prior guest services experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or guest services roles is preferred
• Strong communication and guest-facing skills
• Professional appearance and guest-focused attitude
• Ability to stand, walk, and assist guests as needed

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and departure with warmth and courtesy
• Assist with luggage, escort guests, and coordinate valet services
• Support transportation and parking logistics following procedures
• Provide directions and information to guests and visitors
• Maintain a clean and presentable entrance and lobby area
• Coordinate with front desk, valet, housekeeping, and other departments
• Respond to guest requests promptly and professionally
• Adhere to company standards and safety practices
