Bayer is seeking a Senior Operations Lead in the US to oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash processes for Hematology and Specialty Pharma, ensuring reliable supply and compliant service delivery. You will coordinate data, systems, traceability and government pricing workstreams, driving readiness and continuous improvement across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Healthcare, Information Systems, or related field with 5+ years of experience OR a Bachelor’s degree with equivalent experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare customer operations, supply chain, master data and systems integration.
• Experience in regulated pharma environments and with serialized, specialty, temperature-sensitive, partner-managed, 3PL-supported or contract-controlled supply models.
• Strong knowledge of SAP/ERP, customer and product master data, EDI/API interfaces, serialization or traceability, inventory and partner operations.
• Ability to bridge business requirements and technical design across IT and business functions.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities including account setup, customer service, order processing, billing, reconciliation and cash collection support.
• Drive compliant process improvements, support launches and new business or supply models, and act as SME for contracts, controls and audits.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners on logistics and supply chain operations to tailor solutions for customers.
• Coordinate NDC-12 impact assessments across master data, SAP, serialization, pricing and government programs.
• Align requirements and controls with IT, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Finance and external partners.
• Lead integrated cluster plans, manage risks, track readiness metrics and provide updates to PMO and leadership.
• Maintain alignment with industry discussions on NDC-12 readiness and external expectations.
