Job summary

Bayer is seeking a operations leader to oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash in the US Hematology and Specialty Pharma portfolio, ensuring reliable supply and compliant service delivery. You will drive NDC-12 readiness and coordinate data, systems, and government pricing workstreams.

The role requires a Master’s or equivalent experience, strong SAP expertise, and ability to bridge business and IT requirements in a multi-functional, regulated setting.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Healthcare, Information Systems or related field with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare customer operations, supply chain, master data and systems integration.
• Experience in regulated pharma environments with serialized, specialty, temperature-sensitive, or 3PL–managed supply models.
• Strong cross-functional coordination and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and execute daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities including account setup, customer service, order processing, billing, reconciliation and cash-collection support.
• Drive compliant process improvements, support launches and new business or supply models, and act as SME for contracts, operational controls and audits.
• Collaborate with logistics and supply chain to develop tailored customer solutions and strengthen relationships with account managers, sales, finance and marketing.
• Coordinate NDC-12 impact assessments across master data, SAP, serialization, pricing, contracting and special programs.
• Align requirements across IT, Master Data, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Finance and external partners.
• Lead integrated cluster plans, manage risks, decisions, dependencies, readiness metrics and escalation with PMO.
• Maintain Bayer’s readiness by following industry discussions and evolving external expectations.
