Job summary

Bayer is seeking an experienced operations leader in the US Hematology and Specialty Pharma portfolio to oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash, ensuring reliable supply and compliant service delivery. You will coordinate data, systems, traceability, and government pricing workstreams across master data, SAP, and interfaces.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Healthcare, Information Systems, or related field with 5+ years of relevant experience; or a Bachelor’s degree with equivalent experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare customer operations, supply chain, master data and systems integration.
• Experience in regulated pharma environments and with serialized, specialty, temperature-sensitive, partner-managed, 3PL-supported supply models.
• Strong knowledge of SAP/ERP, customer and product master data, EDI/API interfaces, serialization or traceability, inventory and partner operations.
• Ability to bridge business requirements and technical design across IT and business functions.
• Skilled in impact assessment, requirements gathering, dependency management, testing coordination, readiness reporting.
• Strong cross-functional coordination, communication and stakeholder management across seniority levels.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities including account setup, customer service, order processing, billing, reconciliation and cash-collection support.
• Drive compliant process improvements, support launches and new business or supply models, and act as SME for contracts, controls and audits.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners on logistics and supply chain operations to develop tailored customer solutions.
• Coordinate NDC-12 impact assessments across master data, SAP and system interfaces, pricing and government programs.
• Align cross-functional requirements and controls with IT, Quality, Regulatory, Finance and external partners.
• Lead integrated cluster plans with transparent updates to PMO and leadership.
• Maintain alignment with industry discussions on NDC-12 readiness.
