Job summary

Bayer is seeking an operations leader to oversee daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash, ensuring efficient, compliant processes across the Hematology and Specialty Pharma portfolio in the US market.

Responsibilities include coordinating Master Data, SAP interfaces, serialization, pricing, and government programs, while aligning with IT, Regulatory, and Finance teams to meet regulatory and business requirements.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor’s with equivalent experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare customer operations and supply chain.
• Strong knowledge of SAP/ERP, serialization, and master data management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and execute daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities, including account setup, customer service, order processing, billing, reconciliation and cash-collection support.
• Drive compliant process improvements, support launches and new business or supply models, and act as a subject-matter expert for contracts, operational controls and audit inquiries.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners on logistics and supply chain operations to develop tailored solutions for customers.
