Bayer is seeking an experienced operations professional to oversee daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities for the Hematology and Specialty Pharma portfolio in the US market. You will coordinate data, systems, and pricing, ensuring compliant service delivery and high customer satisfaction.

Key focus areas include NDC-12 readiness, master data and SAP interfaces, and collaboration with IT, finance, and commercial teams to optimize end-to-end processes.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Healthcare, Information Systems, or a related field with 5+ years of relevant experience; alternatively, a Bachelor’s degree with equivalent relevant experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare customer operations, supply chain, master data and systems integration.
• Experience working in regulated pharmaceutical environments and with serialized, specialty, temperature-sensitive, partner‑managed, 3PL‑supported, or contract‑controlled supply models is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of SAP/ERP, customer and product master data, EDI/API interfaces, serialization or traceability, inventory and partner operations.
• Ability to bridge business requirements and technical design across IT and business functions, by transferring complex regulatory, data and system requirements into practical operational, testing and readiness actions.
• Skilled in structured impact assessment, requirements gathering, dependency management, testing coordination, and readiness reporting.
• Strong cross‑functional coordination, communication and stakeholder management skills across various levels of seniority.
• A proactive, forward‑thinking approach to evolving customer solutions in a dynamic environment with complex interdependencies.

Responsabilités

• Oversee and execute daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities, including account setup, customer service, order processing, billing, reconciliation and cash-collection support.
• Maintain oversight of third-party operations at Accenture and serve as the escalation point for operational, customer, supply and billing issues.
• Drive compliant process improvements, support launches and new business or supply models, and act as a subject-matter expert for contracts, operational controls and audit inquiries.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners on logistics and supply chain operations to develop tailored solutions for customers. Cultivate and strengthen relationships with account managers, sales, finance, and marketing teams to enhance customer engagement.
• Coordinate NDC-12 impact assessments and readiness activities across master data, SAP and system interfaces, serialization, customer operations, pricing, contracting, government pricing and special programs.
• Align cross-functional requirements and standards, dependencies and controls with interfacing functions, such as IT, Master Data, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Finance, Commercial, Market Access, Legal, Compliance and external partners.
• Lead the integrated cluster plans and maintain project risks, decisions, dependencies, readiness metrics, documentation and escalation paths, providing transparent updates to PMO and leadership.
• Maintain alignment with industry discussions, e.g. at relevant trade associations, regarding NDC-12 implementation, ensuring Bayer's readiness approach reflects evolving external expectations and best practices.
