Bayer in the United States is seeking an experienced operations leader to oversee daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash within the Hematology and Specialty Pharma portfolio, ensuring reliable supply, compliant service delivery and high customer satisfaction.

You will drive NDC-12 readiness by coordinating data, systems, serialization and government pricing workstreams, while leading cross-functional collaboration with IT, Master Data, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain and commercial teams.

Formación

• Master’s degree with 5+ years in a related field or a Bachelor’s with equivalent experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare operations and with serialized supply models.
• Strong knowledge of SAP/ERP, master data, EDI/API interfaces and serialization.
• Ability to bridge business requirements and technical design across IT and business.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee and execute daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities, including account setup, customer service, order processing, billing, reconciliation and cash-collection support.
• Drive compliant process improvements, support launches and new business or supply models, and act as a SME for contracts and audit inquiries.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners on logistics and supply chain operations to develop tailored solutions for customers.
• Coordinate NDC-12 impact assessments and readiness activities across master data, SAP and system interfaces, serialization, pricing and government programs.
• Align requirements and controls with IT, Master Data, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Finance, Commercial and external partners.
• Lead integrated cluster plans with transparent updates to PMO and leadership; manage risks and readiness metrics.
