Job summary

Bayer seeks an operations professional to oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash for the Hematology and Specialty Pharma portfolio in the US, ensuring reliable supply, compliant service delivery, and high customer satisfaction. You will coordinate NDC-12 readiness across data, systems, traceability and special programs.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Healthcare, Information Systems, or related field with 5+ years of relevant experience; or a Bachelor’s degree with equivalent experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare customer operations, supply chain, master data and systems integration.
• Experience working in regulated pharmaceutical environments and with serialized, specialty, temperature-sensitive, partner‑managed, 3PL‑supported, or contract‑controlled supply models is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of SAP/ERP, customer and product master data, EDI/API interfaces, serialization or traceability, inventory and partner operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities, including account setup, customer service, order processing, billing, reconciliation and cash-collection support; oversee third-party operations at Accenture; serve as escalation point for issues.
• Drive compliant process improvements, support launches and new business or supply models; act as SME for contracts, controls and audit inquiries.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners on logistics and supply chain operations to develop tailored solutions for customers; strengthen relationships with account managers, sales, finance, and marketing.
• Coordinate NDC-12 impact assessments and readiness activities across master data, SAP and system interfaces, serialization, pricing and government programs.
• Align cross-functional requirements and standards with IT, Master Data, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Finance, Commercial, Legal and external partners.
• Lead integrated cluster plans; maintain project risks, decisions, dependencies, readiness metrics and escalation paths for PMO and leadership.
• Maintain alignment with industry discussions regarding NDC-12 readiness.
