Job summary

The role involves NDC-12 readiness, master data coordination, and collaboration with IT, Regulatory, and Commercial functions to implement best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree with pharma supply chain focus.
• Experience in pharmaceutical customer operations and regulated environments.
• Knowledge of SAP/ERP, data interfaces and serialization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities, including billing and cash collection.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and quality.
• Drive process improvements and support new business models.
• Collaborate with logistics and account teams to tailor customer solutions.
• Lead readiness activities for NDC-12 and related programs.
