Job summary

Bayer is seeking a Supply Chain Operations Lead to oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash processes for the Hematology and Specialty Pharma portfolio in the US market. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, optimize processes, ensure compliance, and manage data systems readiness including SAP/ERP and serialization.

Strong program management and stakeholder skills are essential. In this role, you’ll drive NDC-12 readiness, coordinate with IT, Master Data, Quality, Regulatory, Finance,

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Healthcare, Information Systems, or a related field with 5+ years of relevant experience; alternatively, a Bachelor’s degree with equivalent relevant experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare customer operations, supply chain, master data and systems integration.
• Experience working in regulated pharmaceutical environments and with serialized, specialty, temperature-sensitive, partner‑managed, 3PL‑supported, or contract‑controlled supply models is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and execute daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities, including account setup, customer service, order processing, billing, reconciliation and cash-collection support.
• Maintain oversight of third-party operations and serve as escalation point for operational, customer, supply and billing issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners on logistics and supply chain operations to develop tailored solutions for customers; strengthen relationships with account managers, sales, finance, and marketing teams.
• Coordinate NDC-12 impact assessments and readiness activities across master data, SAP and system interfaces, serialization, customer operations, pricing, contracting, government pricing and special programs.
• Align cross-functional requirements and standards with interfacing functions such as IT, Master Data, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Finance, Commercial, Market Access, Legal, Compliance and external partners.
• Lead the integrated cluster plans and maintain project risks, decisions, dependencies, readiness metrics, documentation and escalation paths, providing transparent updates to PMO and leadership.
• Maintain alignment with industry discussions regarding NDC-12 implementation and Bayer's readiness approach.
