Job summary

Bayer in the United States seeks an operations leader to oversee daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities for Hematology and Specialty Pharma, ensuring reliable supply and compliant service delivery. You will coordinate master data, SAP interfaces, and pricing programs while aligning with cross-functional teams.

You will drive process improvements, manage contracts and audits, and partner with account managers and finance to strengthen customer engagement.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree plus 5+ years in pharma ops, supply chain, or related field.
• Experience in regulated pharma environments and serialized/specialty supply models is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of SAP/ERP, master data, EDI/API, serialization, inventory and partner operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and execute daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities, including account setup, customer service, order processing, billing, reconciliation and cash-collection support; oversee third-party ops at Accenture and act as escalation point.
• Drive compliant process improvements, support launches and new business or supply models, and act as SME for contracts, controls and audits.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners on logistics and supply chain operations to develop tailored customer solutions; strengthen relationships with account managers, sales, finance and marketing.
• Coordinate NDC-12 impact assessments and readiness activities across master data, SAP and system interfaces, pricing, contracting and government programs.
• Align cross-functional requirements and standards with interfacing functions such as IT, Master Data, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Finance, Commercial, Market Access, Legal, Compliance and external partners.
• Lead integrated cluster plans, manage risks, decisions and dependencies, maintain readiness metrics and provide updates to PMO and leadership.
• Ensure Bayer's readiness approach reflects evolving external expectations and best practices.
