Job summary

Bayer is seeking a professional to oversee daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities for the Hematology and Specialty Pharma portfolio in the US PH market, ensuring reliable supply, compliant service delivery and high customer satisfaction. You will coordinate master data, SAP and system interfaces, pricing, contracts and government programs, working with IT, Quality, Regulatory and other teams.

Lead cross-functional plans, manage risks, and maintain readiness through industry discussions

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Healthcare, Information Systems, or related field with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree with equivalent relevant experience in a regulated pharmaceutical environment is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and execute daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities including account setup, customer service, order processing, billing, reconciliation and cash-collection support.
• Maintain oversight of third-party operations and act as escalation point for operational, customer, supply and billing issues.
• Drive compliant process improvements, support launches, and act as SME for contracts, controls and audits.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners on logistics and supply chain operations to tailor solutions for customers.
• Coordinate NDC-12 readiness across master data, SAP interfaces, pricing and government programs.
• Align requirements and controls with IT, Quality, Regulatory, Finance and external partners.
• Lead integrated cluster plans, manage risks and provide updates to PMO and leadership.
• Maintain alignment with industry discussions on NDC-12 implementation and Bayer’s readiness.
