Job summary

Bayer is seeking an operations-focused professional in the US to oversee daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities for Hematology and Specialty Pharma portfolios. The role drives compliant processes, collaborates with cross-functional teams, and ensures reliable supply and high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include coordinating master data, SAP interfaces, pricing, contracts, and government programs; leading PMO updates and readiness reporting, while staying aligned with external

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a multi-disciplinary customer solutions role in Pharma
• Experience in regulated pharma environments and with serialized, specialty or 3PL‑supported models
• Strong knowledge of SAP/ERP and master data management

Responsibilities

• Oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities including account setup, order processing, billing and cash collection
• Lead process improvements, support launches and new business/supply models
• Coordinate with IT, Master Data, Quality, Regulatory and Supply Chain functions
• Prepare and deliver readiness reporting, risks and dependencies to PMO and leadership
• Align requirements with cross-functional partners including IT, Finance and Commercial
• Monitor industry discussions on NDC-12 and ensure readiness approach reflects best practices
• Maintain oversight of third‑party operations and escalation pathways
