Job summary

Bayer is seeking a operations leader to oversee daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities for Hematology and Specialty Pharma in the US market. You will coordinate end-to-end processes, drive improvements, and ensure compliant service delivery while collaborating with cross-functional teams including IT, Finance and Sales.

The role emphasizes data readiness, pricing, contracts, and government programs, with a focus on quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience or a Bachelor’s degree with equivalent experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical customer operations, supply chain, master data, and systems integration.
• Knowledge of SAP/ERP, serialization, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities including setup, billing, reconciliation, and cash-collection support.
• Drive compliant process improvements and support launches of new business or supply models.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners on logistics to tailor customer solutions.
• Coordinate NDC-12 readiness across data, SAP, interfaces, pricing, and programs.
• Align requirements with IT, Regulatory, Finance and external partners; report risks to PMO.
