Job summary

Bayer is seeking a supply chain operations lead in the United States to oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash processes for Hematology and Specialty Pharma. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable supply, compliant service delivery and strong customer satisfaction.

The role focuses on data readiness, system interfaces, pricing, government programs, and ecosystem alignment across IT, Regulatory, Quality, and Finance.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Healthcare, Information Systems, or related field with 5+ years of experience.
• Alternative: Bachelor’s degree with equivalent relevant experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare operations, supply chain, master data, and systems integration.
• Familiarity with regulated pharma environments and serialized/specialty supply models.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities including account setup, order processing, billing, and cash-collection support.
• Maintain oversight of third-party operations and act as escalation point for issues.
• Drive compliant process improvements, support launches and new business models, and advise on contracts and audits.
• Collaborate with logistics and supply chain teams to tailor solutions for customers.
• Coordinate NDC-12 readiness across master data, SAP, interfaces, pricing, and government programs.
• Align requirements and controls with IT, Master Data, Quality, Regulatory, Finance, and external partners.
• Lead integrated cluster plans with risk, decisions, and readiness metrics for PMO updates.
• Engage in industry discussions on NDC-12 readiness and Bayer's approach.
